Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Caribean Pet Paradise! We want you and your furry friends to be completely satisfied with your purchase. 

1. Returns
Because we work with international fulfillment centers to offer you the best prices, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. J toys, beds, or clothing with signs of use, pet hair, or damage will not be accepted for hygienic reasons.

2. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected by our supplier, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

3. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at inf@caribeantrade.online with photos of the product and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

4. Return Shipping
Customers will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the product arrived damaged or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
