Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Caribean Pet Paradise! We are dedicated to bringing you the best accessories for your pets. Because we partner with international suppliers and fulfillment centers (like CJdropshipping) to offer you competitive prices, please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
To keep things simple and friendly for our customers, we offer Standard Shipping (and Free Shipping promotions on selected pet products). 
* Estimated delivery time: Once your order is shipped, it typically takes between 8 to 10 business days to arrive at your door, depending on your location.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours, allowing you to follow your package's journey in real-time.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Caribean Pet Paradise is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
